Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk288 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all Wagers placed from duplicate accounts, and forfeit any Bonus Funds applied to those accounts.

pk288 may, at its sole discretion, require account verification at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change of registered mobile number. Verification may include submission of a government-issued identity document, proof of mobile wallet ownership, or such other documentation as pk288 may reasonably require.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated as inactive. pk288 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts or to close them in accordance with applicable procedures, with prior notice to the registered contact number where practicable.
pk288 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed within the account dashboard.
Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to Your pk288 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the respective mobile wallet operator. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the sending institution.

In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and this Agreement, the specific game rule shall prevail in respect of that game.

A Wager is not confirmed until You receive a written confirmation within the Platform interface. pk288 is not liable for bets not received or confirmed due to connectivity, technical, or communication failures.
In the event of a manifest error in any odds, payout calculation, or game outcome displayed on pk288, the Platform reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. "Manifest error" includes typographical errors, system malfunctions, and erroneous data feeds from third-party providers.
Cricket markets on pk288, including PSL, Pakistan international matches, and other tournaments, are subject to event-specific rules regarding abandonment, rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method revisions, and player substitutions. These rules are published within the relevant market and are updated prior to each event. It is the Player's responsibility to review applicable rules before placing a cricket Wager on pk288.

Players may request closure of their pk288 account at any time by contacting support. Following account closure, all pending Wagers will be settled per the applicable rules and any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to verification.
